If you are a land owner, EFB can also be hired as a Construction Manger. By working directly for the land
owner, we can take a project from the design phase to "hand over the key" phase, all while you remain in
control of the deal. We can develop budgets, handle customers and provide any cost analysis during the process.
Depending upon what works best for you, we can use either your subcontractors or ours.
EFB has also been brought in to handle several "in-fill" lots, or the classic "last lot" in the development.
These lots would have never sold without a house built on them.
Ever have an offer to build a house, but it's on the wrong side of town? We can help with that, as well. We
can even manage small commercial projects. If you ever find yourself shorthanded, chances are that EFB can help
fill the void.
Do It Yourself
Have the desire to build a house on your own? EFB can work with you and be a consultant in the process. You keep all of the control and pick the contractors that you want to use, and EFB will assist with the process. From budget formulation and tracking, to the tricky dealings with township codes and regulations, we treat it as if it were our own. But at a reduced rate, you run the jobs in the field and use us for any assitance you need. We make the task less stressful and cumbersome, plus offer services to ensure you keep the project within budget. Every deal can be set differently, the key is that you are in the control you want be in.
